Sally Ann Advanced TAB
Have fun with this old-time fiddle tune for flatpicking guitar.
Sally Ann is one of those guitar breaks that just begs to be played lightening fast, and the way that I have arrangement it, you can do just that too.
By populating the TAB with numerous slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs, you will be able to play this one up-to-speed in no time at all. Plus if you learn the intermediate version of this break, you will have 2 different breaks to use as alternate guitar pieces.
Other than the shear speed of this break, there is not a lot of difficult passages to stumble through, especially if you are a dedicated advanced intermediate or advanced player.
Watch your down-up strokes of the flat pick very closely as it is very easy to get mixed-up with the number of ornamental notes in this break. Just keep one eye on the stroke direction indicators located between the Notation and TAB staffs. Once you have played through them a few times, it will all come very naturally.
The TAB has all of the notes accurately transcribed, rhythm chords, all the left hand fingerings you should use and the correct down and up strokes of the pick for each notes. Also, the Guitar Pro file contains a second track with the rhythm track so you can slow this one down to practice playing it and then gradually pick-up the tempo.
